This week we celebrate six months together with Vismay. His new thing is drawing, and his specialty is drawing us, his family. I absolutely adore this picture because it is a little revelation of his heart. Adjustment is no cake walk. In fact, it is just plain HARD. But this sweet expression reminds me that every single day is worth it. We are going somewhere. Together.
Vismay is a treasure. Family should make us smile a great big smile, especially the family member that got an extra set of arms.

Precious... And hilarious (the family member w/ 2 arms)! Can't believe it's been 6 months. It seems like he's been a part of the family forever; like he's always been there. Miss you, Stum family... Hope to see you soon!
He is so precious! This picture is huge! What a wonderful milestone. Six months was a turning point for us when we reached a new normal and things felt "right". Congratulations!
Yep--I agree. 6 months was the point that things got more settled and I finally got a feel for what this new family dynamic was.

Wish I had a set of appendages coming out my ears, I could really use two more hands. Unless your hair looks like that in the morning, as I know mine does.
