I'm a little surprised Dosen went for it because Mrs. Clause was way too much for him. To his credit, she was slathering it on a bit thick. And Luke, being 6 and all, wasn't keen on the idea of perching on the old man's knee. In mid-July he sort of pinned us on the Santa story, but we threatened his life if he ruins it for any other child--siblings, friends, or even strangers. Makes me a little sad, but he has no appetite for being strung along.

Sorry Luke, but that Santa looks legit to me!
That is a great picture of your boys. Dosen has definitely passed the toddler stage and looks like a preschooler now. They are both too cute!

It was a sad day when we fessed up to Gavin.

At least your Santa actually looks like the real thing ;) People in costumes are always a little creepy, huh?
At least you got a precious picture our of it!
Levi won't go near him.
When Elle was 4 she didn't understand why we sent shoeboxes to children in Bosnia--can't Santa bring them stuff? After that she didn't care much for him. If he didn't bring toys to poor kids then she didn't want anything from him either.
When Nash was in 3rd grade I caught him on Ask.com and he had typed in "tell me if Santa is real or not, I'm an adult." He ended up on a Jehovah's Witness site.
I'm totally over the deception. Too much work! :))
