I heard from Jake, and they made their Atlanta and Chicago connections with no problems. They are in the air right now headed for Delhi, India, and I'm not sure when/if I'll hear from him for a few days.
Meanwhile, the boys and I made a calendar to help us count down the days. Dosen graciously allowed me to use a few magnets from his collection. Then I convinced he and Luke that washing the car would be as much fun as going to the pool. It was, but only I felt that way.

Thanks for updating- praying for them. I am wondering if Jake really packed everything in a bag pack? I am thinking for that long flight he needed all that to keep him occupied that long! ;)
