Travel buddies

I'm so late in posting this, but Dosen and I traveled to Franklin, TN to support our friends', the Oatsvall's, adoption fundraiser. It just so happens that our Ethiopia travel friends live in the same area and are Oatsvall family fans, too! The Mihnovich's welcomed us for a sleep over, and even though Tracy and I could hardly finish a sentence for snapping pictures and referee-ing these two "very 2" 2 year olds, it was a GREAT time.

Dosen and Levi--pals for sure. I so love this picture!

My beautiful friend, Tracy, and happy hammy Mr. Levi who can swing an aluminum bat as if it were a toothpick. This kid will be famous. Mark my words.

Now, what 2 reasonably intelligent moms didn't see a huge mess coming?? Levi (left--confusing, I know. They favor a lot!) fell in this sludge pond about 30 seconds after we snapped this pic!

Mac-n-cheese, please! Trader Joes brand & organic, of course.

Recovery. I think Dosen slept for one zillion hours after our big adventure. The blanket in this photo was a gift from Levi while we were in Ethiopia, and it is Dosen's most special earthly possession. No one gets to use it... not even Luke.

While we didn't get to visit with Elle (who was in Ethiopia/Uganda doing HUGE things to serve orphans at age 15) or Nash (who was with family and playing lots of baseball), we so appreciated spending time with Jimmy, Tracy, and Levi. Thank you guys, and we are praying that the next 4 Mihnovich's will be HOME soon!
