Ah, Jake is home and all is well. Well, I'm well and so are the kids, but daddy crashed within 2 hours of walking through the door. Who can blame him? He and the team were traveling in some mode of transportation or another for over 40 hours. He also brought home some fabulous souvenir stomach bug. He looked absolutely desperate to be home when the church van rolled up.
Dumb me forgot the camera, but I wish you could've witnessed the boys' reactions to seeing dad wheeling through the parking lot. I was doing my best to hold them back, but the driver had to just throw it in park because they were GOING to see their dad! Precious moment, for sure. Jake managed to bring them home some fun toys from India, and I scored the cutest silver bangle. Luke loves (really loves) money, so Jake saved several rupees for him. He was in heaven! He'll just need to hold on to them until our trip to get Vismay because the exchange rate as of July 26 was 48.16 to $1.
Hoping to hear lots of stories when the bear wakes. That may take a really long time.
